Designed with more than 100% redundancy, DHWG satisfies the critical requirement for domestic hot water in hospitality and multifamily residential applications. During service intervals, every critical component can be bypassed and cross fed to guaranty domestic water supply.
Designed for Use With Condensing Boilers
Today’s modern heating design pushes boiler water temperatures lower to maximize combustion efficiency. Using plate type heat exchangers in a counterflow piping configuration, domestic hot water is generated with boiler water as little as five degrees warmer than the desired domestic hot water temperature. Heat exchangers are specially selected for minimum pressure drop and maximum operating temperature flexibility. All heat exchanger surfaces are double wall to prevent any possibility of cross contamination between boiler and domestic water.
Condenser Water Heat Recovery
NYC Energy Conservation Code Sec. 503.4.6, as well as good sustainable design practice, drives the utilization of hot condenser water to preheat the domestic hot water. The pre-heat module is a bolt-on expansion module to provide this function, without any required modification to the standard domestic hot water generator.
Compact and Serviceable
Mechanical rooms have become smaller and smaller, and so has our DHWG. Innovative system design provides footprints up to 50% smaller than field fabricated systems, while maintaining serviceability of every component.
